- 2017 Virgin Hotel on Broadway – $222M, 350,000 sq. ft: Performed as Commercial Manager on 39-story new construction by providing oversight on risk assessment, mitigation plans and design work.
- 2016 Ironshore Insurance (Liberty Mutual) – $25K each, 6,000 sq. f.t: Negotiator for national account/multiple office relocations, leases, procurement, build-out and move management.
- 2015 Starwood Hotel & Resorts, Inc. – $15K each, 6,000 to 12,000 sq. ft.: Account Manager for multiple city corporate office relocation and buildouts.
- 2014 Westchester Medical Center Campus – $5M team contract, 2M sq. ft. campus: Managed a project management team, for VP of Operations; projects included renovations and new builds of both clinical and non-clinical spaces.
